Welcome To Hygrove
Helping you make a home
Our aim at Hygrove is to ensure consistent results and offer customers a reliable and affordable product. Everything we do relies on a strong foundation, which means it’s built to last.
That includes our homes, our approach to the community and our after-sales service.
Affordable Quality
Hygrove is a family-owned house builder with a reputation for providing affordable quality. We offer many features as standard. We also participate in the Help to Buy Wales initiative - ideally suited for first-time buyers.

Current Developments
We currently have two developments underway in the south west Wales region. Both locations are proving very popular with buyers. Brunel Wood enjoys convenient access to the city centre and enterprise park.
Llys Daniel is at Pontardulais, within a short driving distance of M4 J48.

Housing is about people and where they live. At Hygrove, we believe in taking an active role in the localities in which we work. That includes supporting a number of sporting clubs, charities and community events.
It's not just a matter of taking our social, corporate and environmental responsibilities seriously. We look at business in the round and how the house-building industry can provide employment and career opportunities. We're proud to work with schools and youth organisations to boost awareness and encourage entrepreneurship.
We also regularly engage with decision-makers to highlight the real and sustainable benefits that small businesses like ours can bring to a locality.

Helping to build communities
As well as building new affordable quality homes to buy, we also help provide much-needed social housing for rent within community regeneration projects.
Making the News

Keeping Becky on her toes
Protective footwear is a necessity for Hygrove planning director Becky Sleap. What may surprise you is that her second pair are ballet shoes. Becky, aged 29, has just pirouetted her way through the first stage of professional standard ballet. More

Children may have access to a lot more in the way of sophisticated distractions these days, but the allure of a building site can still be irresistible. Hygrove's Ben Francis and sidekick Honor Goodsite visited a local school to spell out the dangers. More

A very special visit for Llys Daniel
Staff at Hygrove were delighted to welcome students from Pontardulais Comp to their Llys Daniel development. The pupils have been following progress at the Pontardulais site and this was their third visit. They were joined by Gower MP Tonia Antoniazzi. More
